I contacted Standard bank life insurance service centre today to cancel my life insurance and I was transferred to the guy who deals with the cancellations. He explained that I need to write a letter informing them to cancel the insurance. He promised to send me details via sms so that I can send the letter via fax or email. i have been waiting for those details the whole day, I have received nothing. I checked the website for email address or fax number and I tried to email the letter to Standard bank life insurance on this email address [Email Removed] but no one has got back to me. You guys are just not committed to your customers and have absolutely no customer service at all.
I WANT TO CANCEL MY INSURANCE WITH YOU AND I WANT MY MONEY TO BE PAID BACK INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
