I tried numerous times to apply for one of the data deals, but I have had no response since December. I called the call centre and no one there was able to assist me. They escalated my number with a promise that I will get a call the following day. I am still waiting for the call. I also went into the branch for assistance, but no one knew what I was talking about and just put me through to the call centre. Why does Standard Bank advertise products and services that don't exist? It's pathetic.
