Smart device... still waiting

My initial order for my smart phone device Ipad Mini was placed in December 2012, I decided to change the order and that's when my nightmare started! I have been assured on two previous occasions that I will be contacted for a a new contract to be completed, instead I am the one phoning asking about the way forward. It is May 2013 and I still do not have my device, only today (21 May) do I get told of turn arround times and all this means is that I will have the device at the end of June 2013!

I have concern when Organizatins have pay off lines which they cannot live up to, in this case 'How can we help you" I switched banks from Nedbank after FNB promised me a better service and today this is what I get. I am utterly gutted!
