R480 MTN airtime was purchased on my fiances ABSA account, we immediately cancelled the account, but after opening the case, the said that it is not possible to pay the money back. I phoned absa asking about this, sent an complaint and it has now been a week and I still have not heardc anything. If we do not get this money back, does this mean that your accounts are not secure and you accept? Not a good quality for a bank to have!!!
