Purchases were made from my account without my permission and knowledge, i had my bank card with me at the time, i immediately called the bank to stop my card and visited the nearest branch, a case was lodged and i had to wait for the outcome from the department of absa, i had to wait 2 weeks for feedback and they decided not to pay my money back, i am currently questioning the security of absa bank as my money needs to be safe with them, i have lost trust and hope in this bank, all i need is for them to pay me my money back, its not my problem that they failed to secure my resources.
