ONLINE, PAID FOR AIRTIME NO AIRTIME

Last week I purchased airtime online for 2 of my numbers. I thought there was a problem with phone but that wasn't the case. I resorted to trusted way of buying airtime good old voucher way. I logged a query with ABSA and told the contact center told it would take 48hrs to resolve. 48hrs came and went and I called again now they told me it takes 5 days to resolve. So I said fine, Today is the 6th day still no airtime. EVERY MONTH THERE IS SOMETHING NEW WITH ABSA. I think I'm the problem here. It might be small amounts of money but they matter to me, because I paid for the service and expect to recieve my money's worth. Tell me to take my account elsewhere. I paid ABSA for airtime ABSA needs to contact their provider to resolve this. The audacity to tell me to call ABSA ActionLine and log a call. Whose time and money should I spend doing that. Simple refund me my money now or give the airtime now. I'm leaving ABSA now I can't have this on a monthly basis. YOUR SERVICE SUX
