On the 10th of may 2013 I received an in-contact sms stating that I have withdrawn R60.000.00 on the investment that I have with Absa, this sms stated that I withdrew this money in East london whereas I was at Elliot attending a church convention at the time. I immediately phoned Absa to stop all my accounts fearing that my money will be withdrawn again without my knowledge, I then visited Absa in East london on the following day and to my surprise the money has really been withdrawn with a false ID. Absa has not refunded my money as yet and I am struggling because all my accounts are still closed as with Absa it is easy for the to withdraw someone elses money. This is affecting my health as I am a pensioner and Absa is not giving me direction as to where is my money or when are they planning to refund my money. I trusted this bank but now I am very frustrated and disapointed.
