I went to the Long street branch in Cape Town on Monday the 25th March 2013 to get a statement printed out. The queue were very long as it was the end of the month. There were only two people behind the tellers and things did not seem to be moving at all. After spending 30mins in the queue I decided I had had enough and went to find the store manager. After some time he came out and I voiced my discuss over the lack of staff and how long this was taking. He told me straight out that there was nothing he could do. This made me so angry i stormed out of the bank. This branch seems to have gone from bad to worse since the Adderley street one closed down.

I have recently joined your bank and this is not my first encounter of bad from you. Maybe I would have been better off at one of the other banks.
