I was making a deposit last week Friday and becuase it was the last day of month the bank was full to capacity. And Mr Botes (Branch Manager) was busy assisting the queue and encouraging the tellers to work faster. and as results the queue went so fast than expected. I have went to so may banks and I have never seen a Manager assisting where there is need to do so. In some banks you find queue that are so long and the tellers taking their own time to assist and dragging their feet but no in Southdale Branch.
Keep it Up Mr Botes, you are a shining example to your subordinates. I hope they notice that you are supposed to be in the office but when you see clients suffering you intervene here and then.
