Long queues

Can you please open more tellers. I went in today and there was a queue of about 15 - 20 people, with only 2 tellers open. Each teller takes 5 - 10 minutes to help one customer.
Surely in this day and age we can speed up the process. People have better things to do than stand in a bank all day long.
