On the 15th November 2013 at exactly 10:15am my mother and I visited the bank to deposit money. To our surprise, shock and horror there was only 1 teller working at Teller4 and the queue was very long. After spending 15min in the queue which was not moving my mother then went to approach a lady by the name of Bridgette to call the manager for us to speak to and we were told the manager was not there. We then asked to speak to the Assistant Manager by the name of Pauline Sinosi who didn't show any remorse nor apologised then asked a gentleman to assist people from the long queue to deposit money by the ATM Advance which is next to the tellers which also turned out to be long. We left the the bank at 11:05am with still just one Teller working. This is unacceptable especially at that time of the month where a lot of people are making deposits.
