AGAIN the queue TO PAY goes on forever. I wrote a report about this on 21 October 2012 and today the queue was at least 5 x longer. We stood in the queue from 13h30 - 14h00 with only 2 tellers open and 5 other staff milling around. I went to the front to ask the manager if she could see how long the queue was and why there were only 2 tellers open. She then SO obligingly opened a 3rd one.
If all those people standing in the queue, which had gotten longer by the time we left, were to leave it would be money in the 10Ks walking out of the door. If it was me, I WOULD have left, I only stayed because it was my daughter buying the clothes.
Obviously, no amount of complaining improves anything.
