Apaulling service!!!

I lodged a claim with 1st for woman for a damaged window on 18 Jan, my claim was approved within an hour and i was told that the damage will be fixed by a company called Windscreen Director. This co. contacted me on the same day to confirm my details. 2 days later i called them to follow up on the repairs and was only told that the job could commence on payment of excess an infor. that was contrary to what the insurance indicated. Nonetheless, i paid on the very same day. Its been nearly 2 wks and the job has not been done. i have been the one who has been following up. They confirmed an appointment for 30th Jan, 15h30. Needless to say, they never arrived nor had the decency of informing me about the cancellation. I contacted the company at 15h55 to enquire about the delay and was told that i was going to be contacted in 15 min while they try to ascertain the delay. No one got back to me. I then called again at about 16h20 to enquire about the delay but instead of explaining about the whereabouts of the technicians i was asked if it would be ok if the came the next day. i ndicated that i wasn't happy with that arrangements & insisted that they come even if its late. they never came.
