AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!

Had a smash and grab on 31.10.2013- had to drive around sans window for 5 days- Window then only repaired 5 days later wrapping up at 20H15 PM! The smash and grab was also not fitted and I have to return the vehicle to Alberton for repairs whilst I reside in the Elma Park/ Bedford area. I requested that repairs to be carried out in either Benoni and or Edenvale. Several e-mails have just fallen on deaf ears. I need someone to contact me soonest and confirm my appointment for tomorrow. I dont know why I should be forced to go to Alberton, considering what I have been through. I have since been informed by Woolworths Insurance that the delay was with Windscreen Direct who ordered the wrong window and had to be returned. I will no doubt cancel my insurance with Woolworths in due course. This will be because of their supplier: WINDSCREEN DIRECT. I lament bad service and yor service is NOT acceptable!!!
