RELEASE PAYMENT WITHOUT RECEIVING GO FROM CLIENT

MY DAUGHTER HAD AN ACCIDENT, MORE THAN THREE WEEKS AGO. FIRSTLY DIAL DIRECT DIDNT WANT US TO USE OUR OWN PANEL BEATER THAT CHARGED THE SAME AS THEIRS, THEY EXPECTED US TO TAKE THE BROKEN CAR TO WYNBURG FROM RANDFONTEIN TO GET THE "REPAIRS" DONE BY THEIR PANEL BEATER. IT TOOK OVER THREE WEEKS FOR THEM TO REPAIR THE CAR. WE HAD TO DO THE 1;30MIN DRIVE TO WYNEBURG TO FETCH THE CAR... WHEN WE ARRIVED THERE THE BONNET STILL HAD A DENT IN THE LIGHTS HAD WATER IN THEM AND THE WINDSCREEN AND SHUTTER UNDER THE WINDSCREEN WAS NOT FIXED. WE REFUSED TO TAKE THE CAR AND INSISTED ON THE DAMAGES TO BE FIXED. NOW DIAL DIRECT DOESNT WANT TO PAY FOR THE WINDSCREEN THAT WAS ALSO DAMAGED IN THE ACCIDENT AND EXPECT US TO PUT IN ANOTHER CLAIM FOR IT AND PAY R2000 EXCESS AFTER WE ALREADY HAD TO PAY R6900 EXCESS FOR THE FIRST CLAIM??? WE PAID THE EXCESS TO THE PANEL BEATER BECAUSE WE TRUSTED THEM TO FIX THE DAMAGE. NOW DIAL DIRECT PAID THEM WITHOUT US EVEN RECEIVING THE CAR??? I THINK THIS IS NOT RIGHT. PLEASE HELP
