Unfair billing

Fnb has charged me R57 for the third time now for honouring my debit orders when there are no funds in my account! If there are no funds it should be unpaid! Im so tired of this! I called them today and a man named Sibusiso told me he cant help me i should go to the branch?!! WHAT?! ARGH!!!
