NO PRAMS/TROLLEYS in BRANCH/ DEBIT ORDER MESS

I try by all means to make sure that when my debit orders go off on the 1st of each month I have sufficient funds and STD now has a tendency of putting through my debit orders late and blaming it on the "SYSTEM".. Then they charge me unpaid fees of R115 per unpaid item when NEDBANK informs their clients when debit orders go off and there's insufficient funds. They also put through the debit orders days after the 1st and blame me when I use the money.

Then I go to the bank and they tell me that prams and trolley's are not allowed inside as they are a SECURITY RISK... how can my child and groceries be a security risk??? Don't even ask me what I needed to do or if it was important but that if I dnt leave them outside, I can leave.

GREATLY DISSAPPOINTED BY A BANK I AM VERY LOYAL TO
