On the 27/11/2012 I was in a car accident and immediately registered my claim and I was promised an assessor would come out but this didnt happen then on the 29/11/2012 I decided to drive to Mutual and Federal drive in center but on my way there I was in another another accident which I also reported immediately. After speaking to numerous consultants and nothing been done about the loan car I eventually spoke to Nadyne Lozowski who helped me get a car from Europcar. My car was sent to Barlow Coach Works and I was very happy with my car being there. They gave me a quote of -R52000 and then in the middle of Dec 2012 I received an email from Mr Elias Sono who gave Auto Ross authorisation to work on my car WITHOUT my knowledge. Auto Ross gave me a quote for -R25000 a hole R30000.My car was however fixed by Auto Ross but 2 days after receiving my car it broke before my accidents I NEVER exprienced any problems with my car. My gear didnt want to shift over and I've never experienced problems with that. The axle and propshaft were supposed to be checked out after the accident but it wasnt done and now I am sitting with a car thats of no use to me. I want answers regarding this IMMEDIATELY
