Not wanting to Discount Unpaid Charges

Liberty life usually debits my account with a once off debit. All of a sudden they decided to break-up the total and debit individual debit orders on same day. Due to lack of funds in my account, Fnb system raised Unpaid charges for each debit order, which was almost 10. At R147 each, my bank account overnight gets charged with almost R1500. When raising the issue with Business Manager, she says there is nothing she can do, its all system related and that she cannot override the system. To me its unfair that bank can sit back and raise so much bank charges without considering the situation. Stop treating me unfairly unless you want me to close my bank account and never return to people that cannot make decisions for themselves and are only controlled by 'system'.
