How is this for being delusional? I am a secondary card holder. I order a new card for me to be send to a specific branch. So what does Blue Bean/ Standard bank do? They send a card for the main account holder to the Post office. To complicate thing even further, keeping in mind I don't have a card, I phone the number provided if there is any issues. This number belongs to Standard Bank, and the second question I get asked by the automated service is "Enter your card number". I don't have a card! So after a not entering anything the automated services tells me "looks like you have a problem, please try again later". I will still not have a card nr later. Is this a new breed of stupid? I would like to add this happened after trying and struggling more than a week to get the card ordered! I believe before posting something like this on a forum like this - you have to give the other party a "warning" first. Standard Bank took that option away...
