Another 5 days & Standard Bank employees & Management to STUPID/INCOMPETENT to assist with something so simple, give me access to your systems Standard Bank & I can do in 5 minutes what you cant in 10 Days, you stupids.

I received my new Credit Card & went into branch to collect it 3 weeks later now my credit card is not linked to my cheque card internet banking. I phoned Standard bank, they swapped me between numerous personnel from Card to internet bank to phone bank to general enq, still no one can assist me to delink old credit card and link new credit card. They say when I phone in i must punch in my cheque card no but the phone system only accepts my credit card number. Standard bank personnel is unwilling to assist. When I got hold of 1 lady that was willing to assist she got throught to Card deivision via conferance call then card devision hang up the phone. What is wrong with Standard bank.
