STANDARD BANK - POOR SERVICE CARD DIVISION

I am a primary holder of a blue credit card and my wife a secondary holder of a blue card. Our cards expired on the 31st of May 2013. I received a note to collect a registered letter to collect a credit card from the post-office, which I duly collected. It was my wife's Blue card. A week or so later I received another registered letter note to collect a card from the post office. I duly collected it - it was a GOLD card in my WIFE'S name.
I contacted the call center (Gululetu) ref CRD7863 who could not help me but ask me to redial &amd contact a different division. I spoke to Tebho ref 1220735208 - rehashed my story again - was told that I was told there was a mix-up because I was upgraded to GOLD (which I did not request) I was told I would receive a card before the end of my expiry date 31 May. To-date I have received nothing. This is deplorable service - when am I going to get my card & am I going to get a refund on the fees. The date of my complaint was abbout 20 May - you can verify this as you record all calls. OR SHOULD I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT TO THE BANK THE DELIVERS YOU CARD THE NEXT DAY TO YOU HOME OR WORK??? VERY FRUSTRATED WITH STD BANK - DOES STD BANK FOLLOW UP ON...
