I have been with Absa since 1985 and my credit rating with the Credit Bureau is good todate. An application for an additional bond on my property and personal loan was turned down due to my credit rating with the bank or affordability. My installments were paid uptodate and do not understand the reason for my application being turned down.
Although I have been a loyal client of ABSA for the past - 28 years it seems that when you need assistance we cannot rely on ABSA.
It is therefore with regret that I convey my dissappointment with ABSA Bank.
