After having to lodge a complaint that no one knows about the above service a guy calls me to do the application i submit all documents and then they decline the application they just say minimum criteria nt met what does it mean? the letter is NT even signed nor do they say how can one remedy the situation.

I decided to apply with absa instead of my own bank and then switch over as absa offered me good credit card service but now nt so sure what your professionalism is worth now when i am in need of a service.
your new motto should be ABSA GIVES WHEN WE WANT NT WHEN THE CONSUMER NEEDS!
