Loyalty to ABSA leaves you homeless!?

My wife and I applied for our 1st home loan in Sept 2012, my wife moved her banking from Standard Bank to Absa and I have had a current account and a credit card with them since 2006. Absa however only offered us a 90% bond, as we desperately needed a home we accepted the bond and made a personal loan for the difference through Absa. We have now sold our property and want to buy a family home, but would you believe it this time Absa only wants to give us 84%! Look at our situation: 2 current accounts with Absa, A Personal loan we are going to settle as soon as we get our bond sorted and receive the profits from our sale (I also have enough in my acc), a gold credit card and a bond yet ABSA dont think we deserve a 100% bond. With the amount we currently spend on a bond, loan and levy's we pay each month we can easily cover the new bond amount yet Absa wants to force us to take an additional loan yet again even though we have been loyal clients. If this bank dont see fit to give me the tiny extra percentage I end up paying for anyway I will gladly move all my business to one of their competitors seeing as 7years of bank charges and a higher salary arent enough to meet their criteria!
