Wrong amount refunded to me

I placed a reservation with Pearson VUE on the 2nd of November, Ref no: 24692163304000565855535
. I have subsequently had to cancel due to me not being able to go, so I requested a refund. Pearson VUE agreed to the refund, and stated that my bank would reverse the charges.

Fnb did reverse the charges, however, it was for R50, and not the $50USD that I initially paid. I am short R450 odd rand give or take a few for the exchange rate at the time. My Ref no for the refund is: 74692163324000427633659

I have tried calling the offices of FNB, but am met with a message that states I must either continue with Cellphone banking, or hang up. There is no option to speak to anyone.
