You people seriously need to work on customer service. ABSOLUTELY NO FEEDBACK whatsoever. I don't care what the status of an application is, you people should have the common decency of letting a client know what is going on. Don't just keep quiet and assume the client will just forget about the application. even if it is not successful, HAVE THE COMMON DECENCY TO COMMUNICATE. Its just professional. You are obviously all about the money. only wanting to help people who you will make money from, PATHETIC AND SO TYPICAL. I am DISGUSTED!!!
