In September 2011 Coombe and Associates put a judgement against my name and request a garnish order on my salary for my Foschini account. A balance statement was sent to my HR department whereby the deducting R1000.00 every month from my salary and paid it to Coombe and Associates until the total balance was paid up. I never received a paid up letter from them up until now. Now in 2013 the same balance was again sent to my HR deparment demanding again a garnish of R1000 for the same account. I have query this with them but no repsonse to my numerous e-mails and many phone calls. It will be end of the month soon and my HR department will have to deduct the R1000 again to pay them if i cannot provide them with a paid up letter. I have contacted Foschini and according to their records this account was handed over to DMC in 2010 who also only contacted me now in 2013.Credit works another attornery in 2010 also deducted R500 every month for 10 months for the same Foschini account. How many attorneys does Foschini have working on this one account and how many attorneys must I carry on paying for the same account. My name is still on ITC under judgement for an account that is 8 years old
