Last week i called multichoice to change my debit order dates. The lady that was helping me said that she had done that. I specifically asked her since i was changing the debit order will it go off on the 28th the new date or just for this month on the 7th? She told me that it will go off on the 28th. The 28th has passed and it hasn't been done. On Monday morning when i called in i was told that the banking details were changed and that I now need to go and pay cash??? I did not like the interaction that I had with her and she seemed unsure of what she was telling me. There was a point where she laughed at me as well?? Why did the lady that i spoke to not let me know?? This is not on multichoice!!! I do debit orders because ii try and avoid having cash with me. Now i need to go a look for a place where i can pay my DSTV this is really an inconvenience!!! Please can you confirm what i need to do as i will go mad if i pay then have the debit order go through.
