Paid twice for 1 month

My Id no is 7910120443083, and my name is Hazel Mashiloane. I called in on Monday and spoke to Thuli who told me that my debit order will only go through next month on the 28th and I went in to pay at PEP Stores Now last a debit order a debit order for the same amount I paid on Monday went through. I do not understand how this is possible. Thuli assured me that I can pay in cash for this month and there won't be any problems but there is because I am paying you guys twice for the same month. I think your service is not up to standard and when I called in today and spoke to Tumelo he tells me that this mistake is no one's fault, HOW CAN IT BE NO ONE's fault, cause now I have to go to the bank and reverse the debit order. I am very I don't want to I didn't expect this from Multichoice really this is pathetic. I want my R1156 back now not after 6-7 working days
