Wrong Debit order dates

On the 28th of February 2013 I called the callcentre of MFC to change my debit order date to the last day of the month, i spoke to Christale Meryer. My debit order today went thru and the last day of the month is 31st
I phoned in this morning to query this because now you are messing up my credit record cause I did request this to be changed. My payday is the last day of the month and the bank charges when this this debit order bounces they have to come from my pocket. I spent airtime of more that R100 just to get to call centre and query this.
This morning i spoke to Patrica Motaung when advised she will queiry with the supervisor who will call me, The supervisor never called me (Robie Semawo) everytime i called in they refuse to transfer me to him. Now they are saying because i called on the 28th it was registered as to debit on the 28th. I want that call to be retrieved because i never ever asked for my account to be debited on the 28. Now i need to send them bank statements which i will be charged again. I think this is very unprofessional and putting me into unnecessary expenses. I have never missed a single car instalment or be in areas with my accounts and this what i get
