Money paid in my account on the 20th november 2013

To whom it may concern
money was paid to my check account on the 20th November via Internet banking, but to date the money is still not available in my account.

this happens every time that money is paid to my account via Internet, accept for my salary.
i just cant understand why it takes so long for the money to be available in my account, its ridiculous and the service I'm getting is not worth all the bank cost. i just hope that i get a response before the money is actually available.

Nedbank is becoming a problem.
