Deducting money before due date

On the 21st June 2013, I got an sms that money was being deducted of my account. I logged onto internet banking and saw that it was a debit order for a Nedbank personal loan. I was surprised because this debit order has always been coming off my account on the last date of the month from inception as per the agreement I signed when I took the loan. I immediately contacted Nedbank and was transferred to the collections department. I explained to the consultant my problem and she has said that there was a systems error and there wasn't anything she could do as the money has come off my account and is still not reflecting on their account. I was told to wait till Monday and only then can they sort the problem. My problem is that the money that was in the account was going to be paid for my wife's study fees which has to be paid before Monday in order to enable her to write her exams on Monday. If not paid, she will have to do the rewrite and pay extra money for this. Because the rewrite is only done at the end of the year, we will also suffer loss of income as she was supposed to start work when she got her diploma after writing her exams. We must now suffer for Nedbank's incompetence
