First For Women Insurance
No Callback as promised

First for Women has been my insurer for quite some time. They are really quick to want to close a sale. They will call you up to 10 times a day for that, but when I phoned yesterday to find out something IMPORTANT, they didn't call me back.

I had to do a medical test for life insurance, and WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THEY RECEIVED MY RESULTS FROM THE PATHOLOGISTS??? The guy took my policy number, my query and my telephone number and said I would call you back, mam...

STILL WAITING. Its so unprofessional. I will NOT be calling there again.
