NEDBANK REFUSES TO SORT MY REFUND

I recently paid an account via Internet banking incorrectly, which I gladly accept was my own fault. I went to my Branch and they loaded a reversal request or "recall request" they advised that this would only take 7 working days. This was done on 25/09/2013, WEEKS later and I have still not received my money back!!

I need my money back for my rent, I had to borrow this money elsewhere.
I accept this was my mistake and am fine with them charging me the Recall fee, but now they don't want to pay my money back because it went into a Nedbank LEGAL ACCOUNT - this is not my problem!!! This is!!! I want my money back and WILL be closing my Nedbank Account!!!

I have made so many calls to Simon, Darryl and now Samantha who is their manager, Samantha was very kind to try and assist me but I have not had any feedback.

I call them on 011 495 8597, they are always 'sorting the matter out' and ask me to be patient. I cannot wait anymore, its almost a month and I need this done NOW.

Simon Keeps blaming the legal department, saying they done want to refund the money - HOW DARE THEY?!?!
