I was paid by May 2013 salary as per normal. I then did a normal internet transaction on the 17 May.
My fiance noticed the money never appeared her account. Two days later I questioned the bank. I was told there was a delay and the money had to be re transferred to my account so I could redo the internet transfer.
Every time I called they mentioned the money would be tommorow.
To date I still have not received the money back. Todays date is 05 June 2013. i would like to know as soon as possible what is going on and when my money will reappear in my account where it belongs. I find this completely unacceptable. Please can someone help me resolve this.
