Recently become a Fnb client. When applying for the account I was told that my debit orders will be moved to my new account. My husband was with me at time and can confirm this. I was absolutely horrified to find out this was not done. My salary is being paid into this account and now my debit orders are going to bounce. This is pathetic, I was told by the consultant over the phone that I was suppose to have filled in a form and this can take upto 6wks. I really am disappointed and feel like going back to my previous bank... so much for efficiency, who is going to be responsible for the extra money I'm going to have to pay"
