I tried phoning Miway but you cannot speak to anyone. I went on to their website and you can submit a query online which is what I did, I received an email saying they have my query, they gave me a reference number 1385116576000 and said someone will contact me in a short while, well two days later I am still waiting!! My husband tried calling Miway this morning and you can only leave a message, there is no option to choose on their system to actually speak to someone, which is ridiculous. A registration number is incorrect on my policy and I need to change it. Miway falsely advertise that you can update your policy online, you cannot you can only add things to be insured or get a quote. Miway is unreachable, what will happen if I have a claim and I need to deal with it, there is no one at the end of the phone, why is Miway hiding from its clients perhaps I need to look at moving my insurance!!
