I made a claim for my car as it was involved on a hail, car had dents and a cracked windscreen. the following day they sent me to Glassfit for a windscreen replacement and i paid R715 for access, i called them again to find out about the car repairs, they sent me to SMD Donkerhoek for a 360 digital assessment and told me they will book the car afterwards, i never got a call back until i had to call them, on the 14 November 2013 they told me that my car has been booked at Brooklyn Automative and i should wait for them to contact me, i got a call after a short while and told that i needed to pay an access of R3300 before i can take in the car which is not fair because access amount only needs to be paid after the repair, i then called Miway and seems like i do not get any help.
