Last night my girlfriend was on her way home when a guy on a bicycle ran into her, we called this morning Fist For women where the lady that assisted us was completely incompetent, she contiously asked the same questions and requested for my girlfirends ID 10 times, after all the hardship she tells us that there is an excess to pay on the excess, why wouldnt they tell us that when taking the insurance with them? anyway, the bad service, the bad attitude, the poor quality of help, the lack of explination as to why there is an excess on an excess, i will not advise this insurance to anyone as they are as good as not having any insurance at all.
