I called 1st for Women to make changes to my Car/Household insurance policy. It was a pleasure to have a guy like Wesley, he has a really great attitude, and a professional way of communicating that makes you feel confident that all he tells you is true and correct.

Also, it did not take forever to do, and I did not get bored listening to his answers to my questions.

My car is now comprehensively insured, so less risk for me out there, because as Wesley and I agreed, not many people have instant cash of say R5, 000 to R10, 000 to pay for repairs, which are so expensive these days, if someone who is not insured damages your car.

So, I put down the phone feeling very relieved that I finally got around to making those changes to my policy... and the best is, it only cost me another R250 or so a month, including a car hire for 15 days should I need it.

One of the best features of my insurance, is that for about R6 per month, I am covered against not paying an excess of around R3500 shoud my car get. And cars do get, we all worry about that happening, but now at least I know I'm covered for the excess, so that's one less worry.
