Still waiting for a call 3 months late

I was in an accident on the 8th of July, I sent first for women all the details, they assessed the car and found that the excess is more than the required amount to repair. I asked them to recover my excess from the other party as I did not cause the accident. I made several calls, sent emails to Sharon Nemapate whom I found at the call center, then a few days ago I receive a message from Marcia stating that she will be handling my excess issue. To this day no one has called, and I'm still driving around in a badly dented car yet I pay for comprehensive car insurance monthly.
