I phoned Miway to cancel my insurance policy and was transferred to Lemmy, he inquired the reasons for cancelling, and i said that i will receive a cheaper premium from another insurance company without paying excess. He chatted to me and pointed out that the other co's Additional Excess rules will still make me liable to pay an excess as i am a driver under 30 yr. I did not understand and read this. Thank you Lemmy for pointing it out for me. He then further assisted me in decreasing my Miway premium with no excess. I am now better off than i would have been with the other insurance company. Thank you for the great services and pointing out the excess issues. Grateful!!!
