I was involved in a car accident on the 05/06/13 my car came out with minor scratches how ever the person that I bumped her car was badly damaged from behind, I went to SAP got a case number and accident report I called my insurance only to be surprised with the third party excess fee of R10 000 (Should the damages of third party be less than R10 000 I will have to pay the dealers that fixed the car and should be it be more than R10 000 I will have to pay my insurance broker), I am fully aware of my access of R5800 that I have to pay should my car be a write off or should it need to go for repairs and the third party excess first time hearing about it and Damien never mentioned anything regarding the third party excess he told me I have a max of R1 Mill to cover me for third party on the other hand Clare told me I have to pay Excess, Please guys reveal everything and all the claws before hand. If I knew that I was paying third party excess I could have terminated the contract with FIRST FOR WOMAN and looked for a better one.
I personally feel that FIRST FOR WOMAN ID and the service is tooo bad
