Breach of contract and unfair treatment to customers, lack of c

Hi, My name is James Andries Mashaba, I took loas from standard bank last year because I wanted to build a house for ma family, they first refused to do a home loan for me but gave me credit card worth R30000 and an overdraft of R34000, then shortly after that they offered me a loan of up to R40000, because I was desperate I took the money and built a house and I continued paying as arranged, the problem started this year when they started charging me for debit failures, for each debit that bouced they would charge me R115 and that put all my accounts into serious over due situations, I remember there was a time when they charged me R700 for debits I don't even know of, they started taking all my money per week in my account and I was left with nothing, I could not buy food for my family, I could not even get transport money to go to work. I went to one of their branches in boksburg to ask for their debt counseling services but after 14 days I was told I don't qualify, I asked them how since I qualified for the loans still there was no proper answer, I ended up asking my employer to help but still nothing was done so I had to change my bank account, please assist.
