Homeless because of Pathetic Service from my bank

I have a credit card over due with Standard bank, as I had no work for more than a year after being retrenched. I had an agreement with them that I would start repaying the moment I found work. March 2013 I had found work and money had been coming into my account, I then saw not one, but several debit orders start coming off my savings account, debit orders I had never had or opened. They started as R99-00 each and then slowly went up to R299-00 each and then varied between these amounts on a monthly basis. When I asked about this, I was told that I would pay R30-00 per one I wanted to close and that that would not stop the problem in any case, because the debit orders had different reference numbers and amounts each time. Then came the end of August 2013... I had just gotten a proper job and my FIRST proper salary in more than a year and a half, then Standard bank decided now was the time to take more that R1500-00 from me for my debt on my credit card and because of this amount, I am now homeless as they took my rent money and now this has started to effect my new job. I have laid 3 Complaints and was told I'd be contacted within 24-48 Hours, but a week later still no reply.
