I have not received my ABSA rewards for about the second month now. The manager at the Gardens Branch told me to check again in a few days (it has been over a month now) and it will be updated. I have sent numerous emails to your help desk and nobody is able to assist me. What is the point of having a rewards program if I am not being rewarded!
