Bad Service receiving at African Bank

I had 2 loans and 1 credit card loan with African bank and whilst I was in the middle of paying my accounts, I reported to them that I have to resign from the job I was doing to undergo a ritual that was important for me to undergo. During that time there was no salary I was receiving and my loans ended up not up to date. After the ritual I was hired to a certain company whereby immediately I got the job there I called African Bank to arrange a way of paying my bills. I increased the amount I was paying so that I can settle my accounts fast. I started first by settling my credit card that I received a letter that it is settled 5 months ago then the following month I settled my loan again and left with only 1 loan that was verl low and soon to be finished. I also made a new loan with African bank as I wanted to do something urgently for the support my family did for me. last week African Bank debited from my account and when I enquire they said is african bank made a mistake and they will reverse it. Today I received my money but short with R200 and they told me that I still owe credit card of which I still have the documents that I settled the account. Why after so many months?
