First of all in August 2013 my card was at a atm and while I was phoning the number given on the atm machine the 2 men already drawn R1200- out of my account. The department told me they cannot pay back the money because I couldn't show on paper that I phoned immediatly. Then 2 months ago Standard Bank Head office start phoning me and sending sms about 6 to 8 a day to tell me my accounts are in arrears!!! These calls started at 8 am and ended at 19:00pm!! I went to the bank twice a week to find out what is happening!! Why do I get these phone calls to say that my account is in arrears and I must pay!!! When I paid the phone calls kept on!!

I went back to the bank to show them how many times I was called but they said they are really sorry and will look into it!! On September I was in the bank again and then the consultant told me it looks like another person is using my name and i.d number and is opening accounts. There is 3 titanium credit cards on my name and a petrol card as well as a businesscard!! This person stays in Helderberg Cape Town and is taking money out of my account!
i cant say exactly how much is out of my account!!!
