TREATED WITH DISREGARD

On Wednesday, 21 August 2013 I inserted my card at a Standard bank ATM. Someone came behind me and said he'd forgotten his withdrawal slip. He took his slip and told me to push my card so that it moved faster. Without my permission, he pretended to push my card and then disappeared, together with my card. I phoned the emergency no. to block my card, gave the consultant my ID no. and asked him to block my card. he told me he could not confirm anything because my address was different in his computer. If Standard bank has a different address, how do I receive my monthly statements? The second consultant asked me my bank account. I don't know it by heart so she couldn't help me even if I had given her my ID no.By the time I phoned the third consultant, all my money was gone. I don't have a cent on my accounts, both the credit card and the cheque account. The credit card is linked to my cheque account, so with one card, criminals were able to withdraw on both accounts. There are debit orders coming up at the end of this month and the no payment will make me a bad person. On top of being a victim I was also victimised by my own bank.
